Every piece/size of our pottery is unique, variations or imperfections may occur due to the fact that they are handcrafted. The character of each piece/size is defined by the variations in texture, shape, size and color. There is noguarantee that each pot will be exactly the same shape and/or color. A little bit difference in each piece/size can be useable and acceptable. All sizes in the catalogue are outside measurement in cemtimetre. Therefore tolerance +/- 5% to 10% is abviously acceptable.

We are suppling customers with F.O.B Ho Chi Minh city, Viet Nam Price so all our shipments will be departed from Ho Chi Minh city port, Viet Nam

All orders are either shipped in 20’DC, 40’DC, 40'HC or a 45’HC by sea ocean shipping container. For samples, we accept for LCL shipment. Sample value under 100.00for free and air freight for customer's account.

All shipping charges at shipper side for shipper's account, all shipping charge at Consignee's side for consignee's account. We accept payment terms as below in 2 ways:

A. 30% full S/C value as deposit by TT and balance payment down within 5 working days after seeing      copy of Bill of lading and Commercial invoice by email.

B. Letter of credit at sigh for full amount.For any payment terms out of 2 ways above please contact us for      each definite case.

Each piece/set of our outdoor pottery and/or our other outdoor items will be wrapped by cardboard, taped and palletized with half high or full high pallet depend on customer's requirement and load in container.

Each piece/set of our indoor pottery and/or our other indoor items will be wrapped by cardboard, taped and palletized or packed by carton box with losing pallet packing or half high or full high pallet depend on customer's requirement and load in container. To maximize value of container then tolerence +/- 10% in quantity and value will be acceptable.

Insurance will be covered by buyer. No claims accepted for damage due to shipping handle.

Claim need to be reported to us by email or fax with attached photos of problem within 30 days after containers arrive at destination. Any claim after that will not be accepted.
